소개
서울대학교 산림유전육종학 연구실을
방문해 주신 여러분을 환영합니다.
주요 조림 수종인 소나무와 잣나무를 비롯하여 사시나무, 참나무 등 다양한 수종에 대한 전반적인 육종 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 현장에서 다양한 시료와 자원을 수집하고 꾸준히 모니터링하고 있습니다.
이와 함께, DNA 추출, PCR, 전기영동, RNA-seq 등 기본적인 생명공학 실험을 기반으로 수집한 산림 자원의 분자 단위 분석을 시행하고 있습니다.
